The reason why I helped create Functional AF was based on the idea that everyone has the ability to be able to achieve anything they set their minds to. With a little hard work, consistency and patience you would smash through any barrier stopping you getting your goals. If you are committed and have a FAF coach keeping you accountable and helping guide you through your fitness journey, you will always be guaranteed success.
During my time in the Army, I have pushed my body to extremes that I never thought before possible. This experience has allowed me to discover how truly capable we are of achieving great things. You are able to accomplish anything you set your mind to and I’m ready to help you on this journey.
