Mitch has only been working with Rhys for a couple of months, when he initially came to FAF he was concerned that he wouldn't be able to stick to his nutrition plan and before he joined, he had never set foot in the gym before and was fairly nervous about how he would transition from never training before to making it a regular part of his new lifestyle. Coming from a place of doubt to achieving great results in such a short time is nothing short of epic. He religiously sticks within the guidelines of his nutrition plan and is in the gym 3-5 times a week. When will my plan start?

Day 1 will start as soon as the set up process is complete. If you would like to start on a specific date you can email us or message us through your app and we can reschedule this for you

Is it a one time payment?

Yes. It is one payment of $99 for the full 6 week plan.

Is the plan for 6 weeks only?

Yes, however there will be an opportunity to extend or join face to face/online personal training once your plan is complete. Reach out and we can organise a free consultation for you
